Case studies

Public property, auctioned on a state-accredited platform.

The auction platform itself: lot publication, the bidding clock, the clarification period, and the accounts of everyone allowed to bid.

Accredited operator of public-asset auctions, Ukraine · Client withheld under NDA

Challenge

An accredited platform answers to the operator's rules on who may bid, how a lot is published and when an auction closes. Each step has to survive an audit.

What we built

  • Lot publication carrying the procedure type, the starting price, the schedule and the asset count the accreditation requires.
  • Sale and lease auctions on one lot model, with rent duration held on the lot itself.
  • A clarification period before bidding opens, with the questions and the answers kept against the lot.
  • Participant accounts, verified to the operator's standard before a bid is accepted.
  • Integration with the central auction system, which is what accreditation means in practice.

Outcome

A seller publishes a lot and runs it to a close on the platform, and a completed auction can be reconstructed from its own record.
