A marketplace for software projects, with a partner tree behind it.
Clients post projects, partners bring the clients, and the partner side carries its own tree, its own balances and its own payout rules.

Challenge
A referral structure pays people for work other people did, so every number in it gets contested. Balances and thresholds had to be computed once and shown the same way.
What we built
- A multi-level partner tree with a share per level, and the partner and project counts at each.
- A balance per partner split into pending and available, with the rule that moves one into the other.
- Withdrawals gated on a verified profile and a published minimum, with the failing condition named.
- Project records carrying budget, start date and progress, visible to both sides of the platform.
- A personal referral link per partner, and the attribution that sits behind it.
Outcome
A partner sees the numbers the platform pays out on, and a withdrawal either meets the published conditions or says which one it does not.
