Accessibility Statement

Last revised September 5, 2026

This statement covers uapp.group. It says how accessible the site is, and how to tell us when something blocks you.

Our commitment

We build this site to be usable with a keyboard alone, with a screen reader, at high zoom, and with motion turned off. Accessibility is checked on every route, as part of every release.

Conformance status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA, the standard carried by EN 301 549 under the European Accessibility Act. Partially conformant means most of the standard is met and some of it is not.

How this site is tested

Every route is checked on each release:

  • Automated checks against WCAG 2.2 level AA, at phone and desktop widths.
  • Keyboard flows through the forms, the filters and the menu.
  • Chrome, Safari and Firefox, because a control that works in one can fail in another.
  • A pass by a person using a screen reader, in VoiceOver and NVDA.

Feedback and how we respond

Write to the address at the foot of this page. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If you use assistive technology, naming it helps us reproduce the problem.

We reply within five working days and tell you what we found. If the fix needs a release, we say when it ships.

If we do not resolve it

If our answer does not resolve it, you can take it to the authority responsible for enforcing accessibility requirements in the country you are in. The European Accessibility Act leaves each member state to designate its own.

How this statement was prepared

Report a barrier

If something here blocks you, email us. The page and what happened, in your own words, is enough.
