Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data UAPP collects through its websites, why we collect it, who we share it with, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Information you submit
- Through the contact form: your name, email address, message and, if you request a meeting, the date, time and platform. Through a job application: your name, email address, phone number, the role and your CV.
- Technical data
- Your IP address and standard browser information, sent with every request to our servers.
- Usage data, with your consent
- If you accept analytics or advertising cookies: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, referral source, device and browser type, approximate location, and the ad that brought you to the site. Microsoft Clarity also records session replays. See the Cookie Policy for details.
How we use it and why
- To respond to enquiries and assess applications
- necessary to take steps you've requested before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
- To keep the site secure and available
- our legitimate interest, using your IP address to prevent abuse.
- To measure site usage and advertising, and to show our ads to past visitors
- your consent, given in the cookie banner.
We may also process personal data where the law requires it.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but without the details a form asks for, we can't respond to your enquiry or consider your application. We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
Retention
We keep enquiries and job applications for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. Google Analytics retains usage data for 14 months, and Microsoft Clarity retains session recordings for 30 days.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host the site and deliver email.
- With your consent, our analytics and advertising providers: Google (Google Ireland Limited, Google LLC), Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation), and Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). CookieYes Limited stores your cookie preferences.
- Affiliated companies and professional advisers working on our behalf.
- Authorities, where the law requires it or to establish or defend our legal rights.
We don't sell personal data.
International transfers
UAPP is registered in the United States, and our providers may process data outside your country. Transfers from the European Economic Area are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, for Google, Microsoft and Meta, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Marketing
We don't send newsletters or marketing email. If you accept advertising cookies, you may see our ads on Google and Meta after visiting the site. You can turn this off at any time in .
Your rights
If EU data protection law applies to you, you can:
- access, correct or delete your personal data;
- object to or restrict its processing, or receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, for cookies in , without affecting earlier processing;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. Requests are free, and we respond within one month. We may charge a reasonable fee or decline a request that is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.
Changes to this policy
