Challenge
A recommendation is only useful with a place and a time attached. The answer, the map and the availability arrive in the same turn, or the conversation stalls.
What we built
- A chat interface that resolves an open request into a short list of restaurants.
- Recommendations drawn from location, cuisine and what the diner has asked for earlier in the session.
- An interactive map with booking links and a route through to the restaurant's own site.
- A no-registration path through the whole flow, with saved history for anyone who does sign in.
Outcome
A diner goes from a vague idea to a booked table inside one conversation, and signing in only adds history to it.
